Bree has a Bachelor of Arts as well as a Bachelor of Education. She is a primary teacher and comes from a dance background where she competed in Irish Dance (Riverdance) all around the world. She has been spinning for the last 7 years and is a full-blown spin addict. She trained in Vancouver where the style is very beat driven. You feel the beat, move to the beat and BE THE BEAT. Get ready for choreography, different movements on the bike and an intense full-body workout reinforced by the authority of the music. She brings a unique and exciting twist to spin so come ready to sweat, hold on, and hit that beat from start to finish.

His fitness philosophy is mind over matter: whether you’re unleashing hooks in Boxing or pumping iron in The Athlete, Knowlton will push your boundaries. When not in the gym, he can be found hiking, cycling, and reading up on how to wring every last drop of potential from himself and his clients.
    “Relentless” Grayson Wells is the former HavocFC Heavyweight Champion (mma) and currently ranked 9th in Canada for professional mma (Heavyweight). Grayson has level 1 and 2 strength training from the Poloquin Strength Institute and has had pleasure of helping many people from all ages/skill levels to reach their fitness goals.       Connor's hometown is Chilliwack, BC. He played minor hockey and lacrosse until junior then played out his junior years in Langley and New Westminster. He always had a fascination for lifting weights and off ice/field training. Connor is driven, passionate and dedicated. He coaches the athlete class , a new class called Sweat XO, he does personal training and small group and team training.
