Meet Other Trainers

Bree has a Bachelor of Arts as well as a Bachelor of Education. She is a primary teacher and comes from a dance background where she competed in Irish Dance (Riverdance) all around the world. She has been spinning for the last 7 years and is a full-blown spin addict. She trained in Vancouver where the style is very beat driven. You feel the beat, move to the beat and BE THE BEAT. Get ready for choreography, different movements on the bike and an intense full-body workout reinforced by the authority of the music. She brings a unique and exciting twist to spin so come ready to sweat, hold on, and hit that beat from start to finish.
    Alex graduated Valedictorian with a Degree in Physical Education & Coaching, where he specialized in Kinesiology. With 5 years of experience working in rehabilitation as a registered BCAK member, Alex has helped hundreds of clients recover from motor vehicle accidents, and sports related injuries. Alex is a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer who uses a science based approach to improve athletic performance, master movement patterns, and assess and address issues of chronic/acute pain.
    Alex has an true passion for innovation and education. Injury mitigation and self mastery is his speciality. As a Mobility Specialist (FRCms) and Kinstretch Instructor, he is an elite provider for mobility assessment from a joint by joint framework. His FRC private mobility sessions are for joint specific performance improvement, as well as treatment for soft tissue specific injuries like tendinitis, sprains, strains, dislocations, and post-surgery rehab.
      Paul's professional experience includes seven years as both a player and referee. Paul also has 20 years experience working as a strength and conditioning coach for numerous professional and amateur hockey players. Paul’s career as a player took him through Canadian Under 18 Program, the BCHL including the Chiefs, WHL, CIAU, RHI, and finishing playing minor Pro in Port Huron Michigan. Paul attended the University of Manitoba studying Kinesiology. After University of Manitoba Paul served as assistant coach and Strength Coach with Harvey Smyl and the Chilliwack Chiefs from 1998-2000 which included a trip to the Royal Bank Cup National Championship in Fort McMurray Alberta where the Chiefs garnered a Bronze Medal. After the Royal Bank season Paul pursued his pro officiating career. He spent 5 years working In the American Hockey League. Paul returned to Chilliwack in 2006 and worked briefly for Xceed Hockey Centre before he bought it and changed it to Xceed Training Centre. Paul later graduated from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition in 2011. Paul is currently the Strength Coach for the Chilliwack Chiefs.
