Cheya is a wife and mother of four who has a huge desire to share her love of fitness. She is a BCRPA certified personal trainer, weight trainer, and group fitness instructor. Encouraging people to find self confidence and to train their bodies to their limit is what motivates her. Cheya believes that hard work and a focused mind will pay of in the end and her passion for fitness shows in and with anyone she works with. In her spare time she can be found running, agility and strength training, and most importantly, cheering on her family in all of their sporting events.

Grayson has level 1 and 2 strength training from the Poloquin Strength Institute and has had pleasure of helping many people from all ages/skill levels to reach their fitness goals.       Knowlton is an avid athlete and certified trainer always on the hunt for a new challenge. His fitness philosophy is mind over matter: whether you’re unleashing hooks in Boxing or pumping iron in The Athlete, Knowlton will push your boundaries. When not in the gym, he can be found hiking, cycling, and reading up on how to wring every last drop of potential from himself and his clients.
