Dave is a family man first. Works hard and plays even harder. As a long time mountain biker on all the local trails, he discovered The Spin Room (now Club XO) for his off season training and fitness. His riding is his lifestyle and has also ridden the Ride to Conquer Cancer twice as an Ambassador to the cause. He has since joined the ranks with the other instructors and continues his love of the ride and our riders.

Meet Other Trainers

Carrie-Ann has been a loyal Club XO rider since we opened our doors. She comes from a background in competitive dance teaching and earned her A.D.A.P.T teaching certificate in 2008. Her extensive dance experience brings a different dynamic to her high energy beat driven classes. Get ready to lose yourself in this fusion of sprints, climbs, and pulsing beats! Ride On!
    Paul's professional experience includes seven years as both a player and referee. Paul also has 20 years experience working as a strength and conditioning coach for numerous professional and amateur hockey players. Paul’s career as a player took him through Canadian Under 18 Program, the BCHL including the Chiefs, WHL, CIAU, RHI, and finishing playing minor Pro in Port Huron Michigan. Paul attended the University of Manitoba studying Kinesiology. After University of Manitoba Paul served as assistant coach and Strength Coach with Harvey Smyl and the Chilliwack Chiefs from 1998-2000 which included a trip to the Royal Bank Cup National Championship in Fort McMurray Alberta where the Chiefs garnered a Bronze Medal. After the Royal Bank season Paul pursued his pro officiating career. He spent 5 years working In the American Hockey League. Paul returned to Chilliwack in 2006 and worked briefly for Xceed Hockey Centre before he bought it and changed it to Xceed Training Centre. Paul later graduated from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition in 2011. Paul is currently the Strength Coach for the Chilliwack Chiefs.
      Jane has been working in the fitness industry since 1991. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer/ NASM Weight Loss Specialist, a BCRPA Registered Group Exercise/ Weight Training / Aquatic Exercise Leader and a CANFIT PRO Exercise Specialist. She is also a certified/licensed instructor in Fitness Kickboxing, Spinning, MovNat, Sport Performance, Post–Rehab Conditioning, Tabata Bootcamp, Pi/Yo, YogaFit, Pilates, Bosu, Kangoo, RPM, Fusion, TRX & Jump Rope. When not in the gym you can find Jane teaching piano & music theory, spending time with her children enjoying the great outdoors, studying to complete continuing education courses or out riding her bike.
