At an early age Dom fell in love with the martial arts – first with Kung-Fu and soon thereafter with kick boxing and Greco Roman wrestling. As he pursued a professional mixed martial arts career, he pieced together an impressive resume as a fighter. His passion for fitness, and boxing is undeniable. His beat driven, badass boxing classes are a full body workout and will leave you feeling powerful and accomplished.

When he’s not throwing hands at XO, you’ll probably find him running the city streets in his 1964 Impala SS back-squatting 405 pounds, or fighting fires at Cultus Lake.

I may be Manitoba born, but BC is my home. I first made the move to Kamloops to play basketball in college, got married, kids came along, then we made our new home in Chilliwack two years ago. I love the lush green of this gorgeous place! When I’m not spinning, you’ll find me making humble bee, sitting in our hot tub for hours on end or taking trips to new places with the fam!
    Jane has been working in the fitness industry since 1991. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer/ NASM Weight Loss Specialist, a BCRPA Registered Group Exercise/ Weight Training / Aquatic Exercise Leader and a CANFIT PRO Exercise Specialist. She is also a certified/licensed instructor in Fitness Kickboxing, Spinning, MovNat, Sport Performance, Post–Rehab Conditioning, Tabata Bootcamp, Pi/Yo, YogaFit, Pilates, Bosu, Kangoo, RPM, Fusion, TRX & Jump Rope. When not in the gym you can find Jane teaching piano & music theory, spending time with her children enjoying the great outdoors, studying to complete continuing education courses or out riding her bike.
      Cheya is a wife and mother of four who has a huge desire to share her love of fitness. She is a BCRPA certified personal trainer, weight trainer, and group fitness instructor. Encouraging people to find self confidence and to train their bodies to their limit is what motivates her. Cheya believes that hard work and a focused mind will pay of in the end and her passion for fitness shows in and with anyone she works with. In her spare time she can be found running, agility and strength training, and most importantly, cheering on her family in all of their sporting events. #HardWorkPaysOff
