Jane has been working in the fitness industry since 1991. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer/ NASM Weight Loss Specialist, a BCRPA Registered Group Exercise/ Weight Training / Aquatic Exercise Leader and a CANFIT PRO Exercise Specialist.

She is also a certified/licensed instructor in Fitness Kickboxing, Spinning, MovNat, Sport Performance, Post–Rehab Conditioning, Tabata Bootcamp, Pi/Yo, YogaFit, Pilates, Bosu, Kangoo, RPM, Fusion, TRX & Jump Rope.

When not in the gym you can find Jane teaching piano & music theory, spending time with her children enjoying the great outdoors, studying to complete continuing education courses or out riding her bike.

Erin has years working as a trainer in the fitness industry, most recently joining the Club XO team after falling head over heels for the XO vibe. Her personal fitness achievements are an inspiration to her clientele, and her goal-oriented positivity brightens a dark room.  Erin's badass attitude, colourful hair and flawless spin style will make your legs shake.
If she's not making you attack that hill in class, she's punching a bag or being a fierce mama to her 3 kids. Get on that bike, lose yourself in the music and dominate the ride!
    Part athlete and part wild child, Shannon was born to ride. More importantly, she was born to teach. Her passion for fitness and love for music makes her classes an experience like no other! The adrenaline rush, empowering people, feeling that killer beat, you leave feeling powerful, accomplished... and sweaty.
      I’ve been playing sports since I was 4 years old. Although I am only still currently playing hockey as the starting goalie of the Chilliwack chiefs, I have played almost every sport you could think of. The importance of diversifying your training rounds out your athletic abilities but also keeps training fun and interesting. I enjoy training all levels of athletes and I am excited to join the XO team.
