Jane has been working in the fitness industry since 1991. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer/ NASM Weight Loss Specialist, a BCRPA Registered Group Exercise/ Weight Training / Aquatic Exercise Leader and a CANFIT PRO Exercise Specialist.

She is also a certified/licensed instructor in Fitness Kickboxing, Spinning, MovNat, Sport Performance, Post–Rehab Conditioning, Tabata Bootcamp, Pi/Yo, YogaFit, Pilates, Bosu, Kangoo, RPM, Fusion, TRX & Jump Rope.

When not in the gym you can find Jane teaching piano & music theory, spending time with her children enjoying the great outdoors, studying to complete continuing education courses or out riding her bike.

Carrie-Ann has been a loyal Club XO rider since we opened our doors. She comes from a background in competitive dance teaching and earned her A.D.A.P.T teaching certificate in 2008. Her extensive dance experience brings a different dynamic to her high energy beat driven classes. Get ready to lose yourself in this fusion of sprints, climbs, and pulsing beats! Ride On!
    Part athlete and part wild child, Shannon was born to ride. More importantly, she was born to teach. Her passion for fitness and love for music makes her classes an experience like no other! The adrenaline rush, empowering people, feeling that killer beat, you leave feeling powerful, accomplished... and sweaty.
      Cheya is a wife and mother of four who has a huge desire to share her love of fitness. She is a BCRPA certified personal trainer, weight trainer, and group fitness instructor. Encouraging people to find self confidence and to train their bodies to their limit is what motivates her. Cheya believes that hard work and a focused mind will pay of in the end and her passion for fitness shows in and with anyone she works with. In her spare time she can be found running, agility and strength training, and most importantly, cheering on her family in all of their sporting events. #HardWorkPaysOff
