I’ve been playing sports since I was 4 years old. Although I am only still currently playing hockey as the starting goalie of the Chilliwack chiefs, I have played almost every sport you could think of. The importance of diversifying your training rounds out your athletic abilities but also keeps training fun and interesting. I enjoy training all levels of athletes and I am excited to join the XO team.

Darcie has a Bachelor of Business Administration as well as a Certificate in Extended Studies in Visual Arts. She is a Marketing Manager with a background as an amateur boxer where she completed in Canada and the US. Darcie has boxed for the last 4 years and enjoys every minute of hitting the bag. She loves being a part of a team and helping others become their best selves. So, get ready for a class that pushes you past your limits and kicks you into high gear.
Knowlton is an avid athlete and certified trainer always on the hunt for a new challenge. His fitness philosophy is mind over matter: whether you’re unleashing hooks in Boxing or pumping iron in The Athlete, Knowlton will push your boundaries. When not in the gym, he can be found hiking, cycling, and reading up on how to wring every last drop of potential from himself and his clients.
Bree has a Bachelor of Arts as well as a Bachelor of Education. She is a primary teacher and comes from a dance background where she competed in Irish Dance (Riverdance) all around the world. She has been spinning for the last 7 years and is a full-blown spin addict. She trained in Vancouver where the style is very beat driven. You feel the beat, move to the beat and BE THE BEAT. Get ready for choreography, different movements on the bike and an intense full-body workout reinforced by the authority of the music. She brings a unique and exciting twist to spin so come ready to sweat, hold on, and hit that beat from start to finish.
