Shaina has a degree in communications and is also pursuing a career in real estate. She loves competition and lives by the words “if you aren’t first you’re last” lol! and considers herself probably one of the most competitive people you’ll meet. Other than hiking in the summer and getting outside for a round of golf, spinning is the only exercise that Shaina is passionate about. Oh, and she has an unhealthy love for the New England Patriots and even flies to Boston every year for a game!

Jane has been working in the fitness industry since 1991. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer/ NASM Weight Loss Specialist, a BCRPA Registered Group Exercise/ Weight Training / Aquatic Exercise Leader and a CANFIT PRO Exercise Specialist. She is also a certified/licensed instructor in Fitness Kickboxing, Spinning, MovNat, Sport Performance, Post–Rehab Conditioning, Tabata Bootcamp, Pi/Yo, YogaFit, Pilates, Bosu, Kangoo, RPM, Fusion, TRX & Jump Rope. When not in the gym you can find Jane teaching piano & music theory, spending time with her children enjoying the great outdoors, studying to complete continuing education courses or out riding her bike.
    Part athlete and part wild child, Shannon was born to ride. More importantly, she was born to teach. Her passion for fitness and love for music makes her classes an experience like no other! The adrenaline rush, empowering people, feeling that killer beat, you leave feeling powerful, accomplished... and sweaty.
      Connor's hometown is Chilliwack, BC. He played minor hockey and lacrosse until junior then played out his junior years in Langley and New Westminster. He always had a fascination for lifting weights and off ice/field training. Connor is driven, passionate and dedicated. He coaches the athlete class , a new class called Sweat XO, he does personal training and small group and team training.
