New Class Alert! Introducing Kinstretch
Our latest offering is something to be excited about.
All of the movements and training techniques in a Kinstretch class are selected based on a meticulous and rigorous investigation of evidence, conducted by physical conditioning and medical experts, as it pertains to body control, injury prevention, and joint health.
Kinstretch practice is also complete with a self-assessment system, allowing you the ability to monitor your own body for dysfunction that may be causing pain or loss of performance.
Alex Domijan is our resident Kinstretch instructor.
“It is like rehab in a class,” explains Alex. “When pro athletes are doing it, you know it works. Keep your joints healthy and address nagging pain from your day-to-day demands you put on your body.”
Classes feature minimal equipment, and no, you won’t burn a ton of calories. However, a plethora of valuable information will give you a new understanding of the machine you operate. In turn, this will allow you to train smarter and recover faster, boosting overall health and performance.
“It’s in order to eliminate unnecessary compensations that can stall out or even deteriorate your performance,” Alex adds. “I’m all about health and longevity.”
